That is the policy.īecause anything programming via CCP is a 'custom installer' line of products. Because they will be tech support if needed. They have the say weather you get it or not. Buy from someone who is authorized and ask for it. Stop complaining about not getting software. For those who buy URC remotes via an unauthorized seller. Buying from eBay at 50% off msrp is NOT an authorized dealer. Which requires purchasing from an authorized dealer. Because anything programming via CCP is a 'custom installer' line of products.

Well I called three in my local town and all three basically said NO. Hi Everyone,I'm one of the several unfortunate souls who purchased a URC MX-980 off the Internet without realizing that the programming software is not included with the remote.I contacted URC and they said just to call a dealer in my local area and that they would 'probably' give me the software.
